Just go to your EPW folder and start elementclient.exe, located in folder "element"

With a good new pc im pretty sure u can run 10, with like 16gb of ram. (or maybe even less)

I have 8GB of RAM and I can just about scrape through with 6 clients open. I don't know why you would need anymore than that open though lol

But in answer to your question yes you can have more than one Client open. This requires you have multiple accounts with multiple email address though. It can be a pain to set up if you want a lot
