Server update and next steps

Hi everyone.

This is a brief update on the next steps we intend to take to address the existing in-game issues and add new things to the game in the future. You can expect more information in the upcoming patches.

Below is a short breakdown of our plans for the server in the next few weeks.

* Next patch will happen by the end of the week, but most likely on Friday or Saturday. Some new things will be added, along with fixes for the most critical issues that are currently present in-game.
* There will be bonus measures for players that played and supported the server in the last 6 months, announced and active starting from the patch mentioned above.
* Unresolved helpdesk issues will be handled after the patch. I'll also respond to any relevant unread messages on the forums, as well as some suggestion topics.
* Custom models will not be included in the patch, we'll have a follow-up patch next week adding the requested custom models. There's a lot of requests, which means we can't handle them in such a short timeframe. The board will be locked after the next patch to make the inclusion of the models easier, so any new requests should be done ASAP.
* A few new features will be arriving next week along with the custom models.
* There will be a few patches intended to balance the economy and currencies in-game, they will take place over a few weeks. Along with these we'll look to balance the PvP rankings and current PvP state in the game.
* After most of the stuff has been handled, we'll plan for the EPW 2022 tournament. This will most likely kick off in May, but there are no fixed dates or timeframes.

Note 1: Since a lot of people are asking about upgrading the server to newer versions (aka 1.6.X), this is not in the plans right now because most of the servers using these versions are using a custom emulator built on top of the 1.5.2 source code. This process is time consuming, and also means that they have missing features and bugs. EPW has a lot of custom stuff that's not built using the source code, and porting that over to an emulator would take multiple months. Unless the new files leak somewhere, we most likely won't be upgrading to a newer version. We may implement some of the newer features ourselves, but a full-feature port/ugprade to 1.6.X is not possible right now.

Note 2: I won't be answering any messages on discord for the time being. Your first destination for any discussion should be helpdesk, or a forum message for any private discussion. Do note that you might not get a response until the weekend as I'll be working on the upcoming patch.

Literally this, felt like throwing up seeing them around when the server needed the most, get someone suitable for the job. By someone, i mean Komachi, pretty sure Nea atleast bothered to communicate a few times when people were desperate.
