As much as I agree that support should not side or entice such behaviour I have to still point out that you fall into same category as the person you claimed is problematic (Shingaling) since you were also permanently banned for similar disrupting behaviour after being demoted from a GM Position (previously Maat) after massive abuse of power, advertising other servers and more after the demotion. And assuming the support member is aware of this aswell, it ended up with that reply. Im not saying it's excusable to side with them but atleast I can understand from a human side of things how they felt
