S cards on my Stormbringer

I have 5 out of 6 S cards and they are all ranked up to 8 like all my other characters, but it wont let me add the 6th.  Any ideas whats wrong?

Are u trying to reawaken the card?

Plus your leadership is too low to equip that card.

You have to increase it by getting an item, i think war avatar catalyst, from gods given then taken it to the war avatar master npc in primal.
