well if people are fine with HB being the go in circles event and assuming SB tornado is disabled in HB then HB could be fixed instead of changed
Another cool idea for HB could be that  we keep the same map however at one point during the circle there is a deep part of water / moat where the moat is basically a part where you have to decide to either swim across the river to the other side of it OR turn around and fight. I'll make a poorly drawn diagram of what I mean:

DISABLE TORNADOS 
all you see are people running in a circle from start to end, non mobility classes get left behind very quickly and die easily, make changes quicker, its so cancerous

just disable tornado in water, as it was before.

make map bigger and let players fly, so eps can actually heal from air and not get left behind in the rotation and just die over and over
