sandball was edited to be 100% however the demon and sage one do not share the same skill ID despite being same skill functionally. this means the demon ID for this skill was forgotten about when it was edited

just says sandball clash so im assumin both? yeah give 100% to both i dont see why every class should'nt be CC class

While we're at it, please also fix demon white voodoo so we get the -3% chan as the skill description says and not -2%
