Add swimming passive to all classes

Let's face it. Many of us hate doing DT because swimming sucks and it's slow. I don't see any harm in adding swimming passive to every class and allowing it to be used outside of primal. Also, would it turn sin into a ***ing speedboat? That would be kinda funny to see if it stacked like that HAHAHA.

anybody who doesn't +1 is a noob who thinks "balance" means DPs being able to tank a 10 man AA. Its ***ing nonsense where do you retards get off thinking only certain roles should be in a pk event? Add swim passive to all classes so we can see more than just DPS at these pk events. Its not balance to eliminate roles in pvp. This game will proceed to suck as long as 8/12 classes are useless because why play tank when even venomancer can time genie skills to kite an army?

TL;DR: wtf is wrong with you? give an actual reason to not go with this.
