Yeah its definitely down I have tried a couple times and I even checked it on here http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/

those outside links check will not work and will always say its offline cuz of the protections we have on the server plus the protetions from where the server is hosted.
if you click on the link just wait a few seconds it will start automaticly.
or use some side programs to download it.
