Hello everyone!

Hello everyone! This update brings you a way to upgrade your faction helmet, a challenging new mode in Forest Ruins, a new Nightscream Island event with a brand new mechanic and much more! Two new world bosses have been added to the main world, Sunset valley is finally back and you're once again able to craft old Rank 8 weapons.

Territory wars

• There will be a territory war map reset on 26/04 at 22:00 server time.
• Territory war rewards will be boosted by 50%.
• After the territory war map reset, the scheduling of territory wars will be changed.
• Battles that happen over the 25 territories on the left side of the map will be scheduled at 09:00 server time on territory war days.
• Battles that happen over the 27 territories on the right side of the map will be scheduled at 19:00 server time on territory war days.

Faction Helmet Upgrade

• You can now upgrade your Faction Helmet at the Weapon Storage NPC in your Faction Base.
• To upgrade your helmet, you will need:
• 3000 x Fortune Particle
• 3000 x Misfortune Particle
• 15 x Chromatic Talisman
• Upgraded faction helmets are tradeable. You are not able to exchange between light/heavy/arcane helmets at the moment, but this possibility might be added in the future.
• Upgrading a faction helmet with a gear inscription will remove the inscription. Unbind the inscription to not lose it.
• You can also obtain an upgraded faction helmet by crafting it with the Ravager Helm Ticket. This ticket can be obtained from the Dragon Treasure chest, dropped by the boss in Dragon Temple.

Nightscream Island

• Nightscream Island event will now happen at 5:30 and 17:30 server time, instead of during the whole day. The duration of the event has been lowered to 30 minutes.
• During the event, a new mechanism will be enabled - Time Warp.
• Time Warp modifies the speed of the game. This means that everything becomes faster or slower, including your movement, skill casting speed, cooldowns, effect durations etc.
• During the Time Warp event, Time Warp factor will slowly increase from 1.00 (basic game speed) to 2.00 (double game speed) within 25 minutes. You will be able to see the value of the factor in the Public Quest pop-up during the event.
• For example, if the Time Warp factor is 2.00 that means that:
• Characters move twice faster.
• Skills cast in half the original time.
• Cooldowns last for half of the original time.
• Your normal attacks are twice as fast (e.g. 4 aps becomes 8 aps)
• Effect durations (buffs, debuffs) last for half of the original time.

• The maximum time warp factor (which is currently 2.0) might be adjusted in the future, if the game proves to be unplayable or not very fun at this speed.
• Inside of Nightscream Island you will not be able to see player names, their factions or any other identifying features. Simple models and simple faces are forced. PvP protections do not work. You will not be able to open the menu that allows you to perform actions on the player except when right clicking on their name in the chat. (e.g. right clicking on the player's face in the target window will do nothing).
• Normal chat and trade chat are disabled.
• When entering or exiting Nightscream Island, you will be kicked from your current squad. Inside of Nightscream Island, squads can have a maximum of three players.
• The point system remains the same. Kill Nightscream Crystals or other players for points. When you're in a squad, points earned by PvP will be shared evenly amongst your team members.
• The reward system has been slightly changed.

Forest Ruins - Challenge Mode

• You can now complete Forest Ruins in a challenge mode. During this mode, charms are disabled (both HP and MP) and all of the monsters and bosses have higher attack and HP.
• To enter the challenge mode, talk to the Mysterious Disciple NPC and take the "Forest Ruins - Challenge Mode" quest.
• The challenge mode shares the same cooldowns as the regular mode. This means that you can complete any of the two on maximum of two characters per account per day.
• You can enter the challenge mode with 10 players.
• Challenge mode rewards:
• Rewards obtained by killing each boss remain the same.
• 30 x Perfect Element instead of 15 x Perfect Element as an additional reward for killing Fallacy Vanquisher.
• 12 x Random Fragment or 120 x Supply Token (Instead of 5/50) from the Treasure Chest.
• 1 x Chromatic Talisman from the Treasure Chest.
• 1 x Event Chest from the Treasure Chest.
• Completing the challenge mode in under 30 minutes will grant you a new title - Conquistador. This title gives +25 physical/magic damage and +60 physical/magic defense.
  

Sunset Valley

• Sunset Valley is back! It will now occur on Mondays and Thursdays at 15:00 server time and last for one hour.
• The speed of all tanks has been increased slightly.
• Completing sunset valley will now give you a new item - Sunset Badge. You can exchange this item for new titles and other items at the Tournament Agent NPC (tab Sunset).

• Unneccessary stats have been removed and probabilities for the remaining stats have been adjusted. For the full list of probabilities, check the table below.

New world bosses

• Two new world bosses have been added to the main world: Mistwalker Magina and Demonic Dialectic.
• Mistwalker Magina is located at 346, 261.
  
• Demonic Dialectic is located at 651, 275.
  
• You can take a daily quest from God's Giving ('Slay the escaped demons') to kill one of the bosses. The boss that needs to be killed is randomly decided by the quest and is not the same for all players.
• The bosses respawn 35 minutes after being killed.
• You will not be able to attack the bosses if you are not in PvP mode.
• The bosses hit hard, do not try to solo them. A squad of 10 players is recommended.
• The bosses drop:
• Radiant/Starlight/Ethereal Crystal (~4 of each)
• Fortune Particle (~15)
• Damascene Ore (~12)
• Perfect Element (~12)
• Event Chest (~3)
• Chromatic Talisman (~2)
• Ravager Helmet Ticket (~1/1000)
• The daily quest reward is:
• 15 x Perfect Element
• 100 x Fortune Particle
• 200 x Epic Coin
• One of the following (your choice):
• 15 x Starlight Crystal
• 10 x Radiant Crystal
• 8 x Ethereal Crystal

Shared Model changes

• When hovering over a Gear Design or a weapon that contains a shared model, you will now be able to see the owner of this shared model and the amount of copies that exist of the shared model. This doesn't apply to shared models converted before this patch (they will show blank info here).
• The owner of the shared model is the person that converted the model when it was unique.
• Converting a unique model to a shared one is now free. You will no longer receive 5 x Gear Design item with the shared model attached to it in the mail.
• To duplicate/copy a shared model, you will now need 1 x Gear Design and 1 x Rewrite Stone. To perform the duplication/copying, go into 'Gear Design' in EPW Hub, insert the model key, drag the Gear Design and press confirm. The process is basically the same as when claiming a new custom model. Only the owner of the shared model can make duplicates of the shared model.
• You can now overwrite Gear Design items which have shared models with other shared models. This reduces the number of copies of the model that's been overwritten.
• Getting rid of the Gear Design item that contains a shared model in other ways (dropping, selling to NPC etc.) does not reduce the amount of copies of the shared model. If you want to reduce the number of copies, you will have to overwrite the Gear Design item containing this model.

Misc.

• Server time has been moved one hour ahead to account for the daylight savings.

• Disabled engraving/reshaping/honing in guest mode.
• Boosted Radiant/Ethereal/Starlight crystal drops from TT/Nirvana/World bosses.
• Increased Active Core reward limit to 200 players.
• Badge of War will now be rewarded to all factions that gathered Group PvP kills during the week. The announcement in world chat will announce top 5 factions.
• Added new weapon fashion (Weapon Fashion NPCs - tab 'New')

• Fixed Pick Up All not working properly on certain items and causing the items to disappear.
• Fixed Event Chest giving no items sometimes.
• Fixed a bug where barbarians and warriors wearing weapons with range stats would not be able to attack players at maximum range.
• Fixed a crash that occurred when players hovered over Wedding Invitation items.
• Fixed the fitting room bug where random custom weapons of characters in the area were shown.
• Fixed the bug where capes would lose their inscription when bring engraved.

They already made before title for Forest ruin runs i think.
Dont see the point adding em 1 by 1, whats next - few more?  
Summary with buffs/ridge they can give some not bad stats, so dont see why dont add em for points/make tradeable

Cool patch, but there may be too few sources for Chromatic Talismans given that 15 are needed per helmet, and a lot of people have one of each at this point.
Would prefer if the new CM FR title had its stats removed too, just because next to no one are going to be able to or even try to complete it, it's the kind of thing where the few who are will be paid to do it for others (no risk to it either now with guest passwords) instead of people trying to challenge themselves.
