Not sure if I'm being trolled or not but after opening 50+ Psychic books I didn't get not one of the Soul of Retaliation\Silence\Stunning. Is the percentage that low for the chance of making them?

think GMs removed the level 11 version of those skills from the game for balance purposes.

Yea I remember them not being in there when I first made my Psychic. But since the new expansion they have since been showing up as being possible to make at the skill book forges.

due to the patch many things are back to their normal, we need to find those small details and fix them
i mean text and stuff cuz the items or stats etc are as they were before.

i wasted almost 20k ECs trying to get -int on my r8 barb boots without knowing that GM removed -int on them.
