If you want to view WF's nerf from an objective standpoint then all these arguments are invalid lmao. If the class has no openings when all its utilities are linked in such a manner, then that is not exactly grounds for a nerf, even if this claim was/is true. If a player has become good enough at using the class that they can accomplish this (because let's be honest, maybe 95% of people can't play WF this well, even the ones crying on this thread about the nerfs)I believe this nerf was made because WF's reflects are simply too powerful. Due to the nature of EPW's weapon/gear system players are dealing much more damage to each other than they would on the retail version of the game. This leads to an extremely powerful reflect ability which is much stronger than the game intended, however, with that being said, removing it completely wasn't the play, but simply nerfing the reflect % in a manner that the reflect is actually reflecting a reasonable amount of damage. The reason I make this claim is because the nerf was made in exclusively instances and duels, where reflect is the most potent. My guess is that there's probably no way to nerf the skills %'s exclusively when inside pvp instances, so the only option was to disable them completely inside them. I do think grudge strike needs a nerf though, that skill is way too powerful for what it is within a high casting/high aps server. Cooldown increase will do since it's current timings allows it to be spammable with the only real counterplay being immunes, which doesn't matter much because the skill is literally spammable.
BTW make engraves impossible with GUEST PASSWORDS too
