Patch v64 problem

I'm trying to patch from v63 to v64 and for the past hour it's done nothing but say "connecting to server" and has corrupted and asked to restart 3 times, any Suggestions or anyone else having this problem?
MERCER- 150 R8 Sage Psy
Vergel- 150 R8 Demon Mystic
Helller- 150 R8 Demon Wiz
Xehli- 150 R8 Demon Archer
AceVno- 150 R8 Demon Veno
Clressill- 150 Demon Assassin
Astrotic- 150 Cleric

did u create the exception on your antivirus for the whole EpicPW folder?
