EPW Update v87

Hello everyone!

This patch brings the first of planned changes to PvP balance, changes to Nightscream Island and quality-of-life fixes. If you have any suggestions and thoughts regarding certain classes and the PvP balance, feel free to write them below!

- Nightscream Island -

• You will again gain extra points for killing players in the Nightscream Island. Each time you kill a player, 50 points will be awarded, along with some of the other player's points.
• You can kill the same player (not character) only once every three minutes. If you kill them more than once during these three minutes, you will not receive any points, but they will lose the points as if the kill was legit.
• Once you leave the safe zone in Nightscream Island, you can not walk back into it. You will stay outside of the safe zone (even if the area is inside the safe zone) and you can only go back to safezone in these ways:
• Dying
• Teleporting outside
• Using Town Portal/Lover's Connection
• You can no longer cast buffs on players outside of safe zone if you're located in the safe zone. This applies to all maps and instances, but I've noted it down here as this is where the issue was happening the most.

- PvP balance -

• Duskblade
• Divine Moonlight (Sage/Demon) will put the target to sleep instead of freezing it.
• Destiny Hunter (Sage/Demon) delayed stun effect will last 2 seconds longer than currently. Sage -> 4 seconds, Demon -> 5 seconds.
• Strigimorphic Dive (Sage/Demon) will knockdown the target.
• Blinking moment (Sage/Demon) will knockdown the target.
• Mystic
• Absorb soul will be resisted by physical immunity.
• Direct damage to players has been increased by 15%. (Does not affect Absorb Soul)
• Voidwalker damage has been boosted.
• Voidwalker now has 2 new skills:
• Become untargetable for 10 seconds. Cooldown: 30s (meaning you can use it once per summoning)
• Knock back the target by 10 meters (works on players). Cooldown: 30s (meaning you can use it once per summoning)
• General
• Physical damage reduction at 4.00 and 5.00 APS has been increased from 15% to 20%.

- General -

• You can now exchange your Heroic Battle Win Tokens for Misfortune Particles at the Tournament Agent (Tab: PvP). Exchange rate is 15 Misfortune Particles for 1 Heroic Battle Win Token.
• You can now exchange Archer R8 fixed armors with 3x Channeling, 1x Dexterity stats to armors with 3x Channeling, 1x Reduce Magic/Physical Damage Taken and vice versa. The exchange is available at the Fortifications : Archer NPC.
• Your auto-potion setup will now be properly loaded when you start the game and you won't have to enable it each time you login.
• Disabled the reflection popup window that appeared for some players.
• Santa Claus NPCs have been removed from Origination.
• Fixed Venomancer/Stormbringer fixed stat armors making the characters invisible.
• Invisible genie is now available at Watcher of the Earth with different stat setups.
• Fixed some invisible weapon fashion.

- Misc -

• Added custom weapons, custom titles & guild icons.

- About Custom Items (IMPORTANT) -

• Custom weapon, Rewrite Stone & Faction Title boards will be retired starting from Friday the 12th. Custom title requests will be disabled at the same time. If you have any unfinished business with your custom weapons, I recommend you submit a request by then.
• In 2 weeks time (Sunday the 21st), a new patch will bring a new system for custom weapons and custom titles, and maybe faction icons! With the new system, you will be able to do the following automatically:
• Make custom weapons with custom name, description & icon.
• Rewrite existing and new custom weapons by yourself.
• Transfer existing and new custom weapons by yourself.
• Request custom titles & faction titles in game.
• Doing any of this will update your items instantly, so you won't need to wait for a patch anymore!
• After the new system is deployed, a new board will open: the Custom Model board. This board will be where players can import new models into the game, much in the same way as they do now (but without specifying the name, description or icon of weapons as they'll be able to do that in-game). After the model is accepted and added to the game, you will be able to attach it to a weapon of your choice.
• A new surprise awaits as well, so stay tuned!

Nice patch inf thanks! 
Question though.... What about the nation wars glitch we spoke about?  I know im not the only one that's experienced this glitch.  i don't care about my supply tokens to be quite honest.  The problem is, there ARE some players that are getting completely hosed at nation wars.  My DM was merely me alerting you that there's an issue with nation wars. I was active with over 5k points during the nation wars because i arrived late..... I'm sure others that have experienced this issue have been as well.....

Since I have an IQ over 9000, got a couple of questions for ya

❤ With the new custom weap system, does this mean we can no longer request weapon designers to create
     fancy models for us?

❤ What exactly do you mean by "unfinished business" with customs? Making changes to old custom descriptions?

❤ If we have files of custom designs that we have not put a request in for, should we hurry and do it by the 12th?

Can you be a bit more clear about what these new changes mean? 
From my limited understanding, this is more of like a system overhaul and not a complete removal of custom weaps as we know it.
You're making this aspect of custom content a more DIY style right?

Since I have an IQ over 9000, got a couple of questions for ya

❤ With the new custom weap system, does this mean we can no longer request weapon designers to create
    fancy models for us?

❤ What exactly do you mean by "unfinished business" with customs? Making changes to old custom descriptions?

❤ If we have files of custom designs that we have not put a request in for, should we hurry and do it by the 12th?

From my limited understanding, this is more of like a system overhaul and not a complete removal of custom weaps as we know it.
You're making this aspect of custom content a more DIY style right?

Basically every process you needed to go through to get a custom weapon can be done at your own leisure in game, and the process is done automatically as opposed to Inf having to do these things manually and waiting for a patch to apply it. 
There will be a npc or function which will allow you to create a custom title and/or weapon (this includes weapon title and description) in game. 

The new forum board "Custom Model Board" will allow you to upload the model files of your choosing to the game in real time, meaning you will be able to access the model instantly as soon as you upload the model's files and create your weapon with the in-game function.

You can, you will just need to upload the files directly to the server's files yourself via the custom board that will be created by Inf when the time comes.

I believe he means if you want to have your custom weapon before, or on the 21st, you need to make the request before the 12th, as this will be when requests will no longer be taken.

Yes, or wait until the new patch comes in 2 weeks and then you can create the weapon yourself, by yourself.

basically this, except custom models will still need to wait for a patch. allowing players to upload them manually is asking for trouble as we need to check whether the model is acceptable and only then can we allow it. updating it live is a problem as well, as the files can get quite big, and forcing players to download some files (even if it's done in the background automatically) every few hours or every day is also an issue.
