the bug with BM pull is a downside of removing rubberbanding.. because of some inconsistencies between the server and the client, the character that's being pulled can avoid being pulled and keep moving normally. I can probably add a short stun/knockdown to the pull, so the issue can be resolved.as for the trading, try to check whether you've set the option to auto reject trades. if not, then it's a bugged character, so make a post on helpdesk.

Since it seems to be based on movement, then the wr's in question should time the pull at the interval in which the target stops. To add more cc to wr is a ridiculous proposition especially how strong it currently is in the metagame
Point stands that further cc should not be added to wr

It does not base on movement at all! I have tired pulling a stand-still character and the result was the same...
