Querying & Deleting available names

• If a character has been inactive for a while and they haven't played the game for the required amount of hours, they can be deleted and their name will be available for players to use.

• To check whether a name is available and delete it, you can visit: http://panel.epicpw.com/checkname.php
• Make sure you are logged in to proceed.
• In the "Name to check" field, enter the name which you want to check.
  
• If the name can be deleted, you will be asked to confirm that you want to delete the character that has this name.
  
• If the name cannot be deleted, an error will show up.
  

• Rules & guidelines:
• If the name you're querying currently belongs to a character, in order for it to be available for deletion, the character that it belongs to has to be inactive for over a year and has to have less than 100 hours of gameplay time in total.
• If the name you're querying does not currently belong to a character, but used to, and was renamed using an identity stone, in order for it to be available for deletion, the character that it belonged to either has to be from your account, or inactive for over a year.
• You can delete names of characters on your account if they have less than 1 hour of total gameplay time, even if they have been active recently.
• You can check unlimited names per minute, but you can delete only 1 name per minute.

Added this. This will let you delete a temporary character you've made in order to "save" a name.
