Hello everyone!

In this patch we focus on making it slightly less frustrating to attend PVP events. We've changed some mechanics in Heroic Battle & Capture the Flag in order to make them more balanced and less punishing for the losing side. A few bugs have also been fixed, and custom content has been updated.

- PVP & Events -

• Heroic battle has been slightly revamped!

• The event has been split into rounds. Each round, the crystal of the red team & blue team will spawn. The round is finished once one of these crystals is killed.
• The goal of the event is to win 3 rounds.
• There is a one minute wait between the rounds, which the players can use to PVP & prepare themselves for the next round.
• Crystal behaviour has been changed. It will now become untargetable only once during one round, at 50% HP. It will stay untargetable for 2 minutes.
• Crystal HP has been reduced to 60% of the previous HP value.
• Rewards will now scale with the team's score. The rewards for the winning team remain the same, while the rewards for the losing team will now be higher if they manage to win at least one round. (Reward list will be updated soon)

• Upon dying in Heroic Battle & Capture the Flag events, you will now:

• Have your potion, skill & genie skill cooldowns reset. This does not apply to the Elysium (aka Ultimate) skills.
• Spawn with full genie energy.

• Relaxed the conditions needed for Guild PVP player kills to be accepted & counted. This means that PVP guilds will be able to earn more Badge of War by doing some smaller-scale PVP.

PVP Event changes mostly tend to solve the problem of there being no point to stay in Heroic Battle (and Capture the Flag, to a lesser extent) if you are at a disadvantage early in the event. With these changes in place, it should be much easier for a team to come back from a losing position, as they will have an advantage of their cooldowns being reset. In Heroic Battle, once one round is over, the teams will now be back at square one, as the next round is completely independent from the first one. Keep in mind that if any of these prove to ruin the events, they're one map restart away from being removed, so any issues can be resolved very quickly.

- General -

• Added a cooldown to trade requests. You can now request trades at a rate of once every 5 seconds. This is most likely a temporary solution until we replace it with something that punishes trade spammers.

• Fixed the "Simple Element" check box not being updated properly.

• Re-added colorful borders to GM's names & fixed the bug where it also appeared on some non-GM players.

• A few low-occurrence crashes have been fixed

- Weekly -

• Added custom weapons - they will be sent later today
• Added custom titles - they will be sent later today
• Added faction titles
• Added faction icons

There will be something *interesting* dropping in the next few days, so stay tuned!

- Known issues -

• Player count is missing from the T menu.
• Some players become temporarily invisible to others.   Fixed

Server has not been patched yet. It will go offline in 10 minutes, and when it's back online, you'll be able to login.
