Girl... you should be thankful inf let us have Duke even after Halloween ended. I don't think we should have duke available at Christmas as it defeats the point of Halloween being a special event.
I think either buy the items you are looking for from other players or wait till next year. ^^

All the skill nerfs after patch v51 are nonsensical, only few skills like veno doll and sb ultimate needed looking at and those 2 were nerfed way too hard imho.
