EPW Update v71

Hello everyone!

Halloween came early to EPW this year! This patch includes all of the Halloween events & goodies from the previous year, as well as a brand new event aimed at hardcore boss hunters. In game you'll also find new mounts, weapon fashion and wing fashion. As always, some miscellaneous bug fixes are also included, as well as the weekly custom content.

- Halloween -

All of the content from the previous Halloween patch has been brought back. This includes Halloween events (Zombie Hunt, Boss Hunt, Haunted Island) as well as the NPCs where you can exchange the rewards from previous year's Halloween. Halloween 2020 has a new in-game currency: Shadow Vortex. You can obtain this item by doing the Zombie Hunt & Boss Hunt quests, as well as the new event. This item can be used at Duke Blacke to craft the following:

Slightly boosted regular potions & MP/HP potions. Be aware that, if any of these prove to be overpowered at any point in time, they might be nerfed.
Slightly boosted perfect runes.
10 new Halloween titles.
3 new Halloween mounts. (created by Mada)
10 new Halloween weapon fashion. (created by Mada)
1 new Halloween wing fashion. (created by Mada)

All weapons contain Lightning GFX that runs along the body of the weapon like this

A thousand year darkness has once again descended upon the world. You will not see the light of day during the Halloween 2020 event.

A brand new event has been added to the game: "What happened to Duke Blacke?" In this event, your task is to kill empowered wraiths all over the world in order to save Duke's soul. Full information can be found below.

Once the event starts, a new quest will appear in your quest log: "What happened to Duke Blacke?". To receive this quest, you need to have 200k reputation and the title "Master of Balance".
Your next step is to go to West Archosaur and talk to Young Lady Ping (523, 651). She will brief you about the situation and you'll receive the main event quest.
To advance to the next step of the event, the following 22 bosses need to be killed:

Be aware: These bosses hit hard. They do not have any advanced tactics, but they're by no means soloable.
When each boss is killed (by someone, it doesn't have to be you), the quest to kill that boss will disappear from your quest log. The squad which dealt most damage to the boss will receive the boss kill reward.

Once all bosses have been killed, go back to West Archosaur and turn your quest in to Young Lady Ping.
You'll notice that a new boss has appeared in the middle of west archosaur, The Ghost of Duke Blacke. Your quest will complete once he has been killed.
After the Ghost of Duke Blacke is killed, the regular Duke Blacke NPC will spawn and you will be able to exchange your newly earned rewards for all kinds of goodies.

The event restarts 9 hours after it's been completed.

You need Master of Balance title for the Halloween quests.

- Misc. -

Fixed game crash when entering the fashion macro menu.
Fixed custom options not saving after restarting the game.
Updated the crash reporting tool (/element/reportbugs/creportbugs.exe). When the game crashes, your logs will be automatically uploaded to EPW servers in order to help us resolve these crashes. These logs contain no sensitive information.
Re-added missing custom weapon models which were deleted from the files in v69.
Server time has been moved back by an hour in order to adjust to daylight savings.
