All 3 voting site Links showing incorrect revote timer

How to reproduce:

• Open vote site (you don't need to actually vote on vote links 2 & 3 - for vote link 3 you must open it THREE times. For Vote link 1, you must actually vote. If it doesn't register the vote properly, open the Vote page in an incognito tab (Chrome/CEF browsers, the keyboard shortcut is Ctrl-Shift-N; for Firefox, Ctrl-Shift-P.)

How it should look like:

You can vote once every 6 hours on xtremetop100 toplist.

You can vote again in: 5 hour(s), 59 minute(s), 57 second(s).

You can vote once every 24 hours on Gtop100 toplist.

You can vote again in: 23 hour(s), 57 minute(s), 15 second(s).

You can vote once every 6 hours on TopG toplist.

You can vote again in: 5 hour(s), 59 minute(s), 57 second(s).

What it actually is:

Edit: Can reproduce using all Three vote links. Text is copied WYSIWYG (unedited.) I am not editing anything out of the hyperlinks. This should not require a game patch to fix.
