Having the same problem, after update all my characters are gone.
Did verify files but still gone

still doesnt work. i just replace elementclient.exe and element/data into the new one. still stuck on character screen. please help me out

I have the same issue I get to the entry page but NOOOO characters then suddenly the message you got disconnected from server!!!! I tried all the servers and NONE work!!!

About the crash after u log in/character selection
i fixed it by re-downloading the game... inf might be working on a fix anyway (i can also see color names, everything works fine)

if you're having issues with color names disappearing or switch configuration not saving, please update your client to v70 via the patcher (Manual)

hopefully this should resolve all of the issues that have happened since v69.
