Thinking of coming back

It's been a couple years or so since I quit and I've been thinking about coming back, but I'm not sure if the server is dead or not. Not sure if I just come on at the wrong time because of my time zone or what. I also can't remember what guild I was in either since it has been THAT long.  Hopefully someone can answer the questions I have would be very much appreciated.

thanks for the replies! you guys are making me want to come back, but it's hard to play this server because i always have a constant ping because of how far away i am so it's always generally laggy. if anyone has any suggestions on how to deal with that please let me know!
