the cards give you attack level and def levels and more stat

first you need Find the General Summer npc at ADC city
doing the pink Reaweking Quest for reinc. (dont need leveling back to 105)
after u can join the Primal World at Messenger of Time NPC (where the Warsoul Weapon craft npc on ADC)
and Illusion Stone npc.
