Remove bms disarm or make it to not work on antstun

way too many classes get skill locked when without weapon, and even if u outplay the incoming bm stun with antstun u still lose weapon anyway, some might even bark that without it bm will become obsolete but antstun counter is blackstun, there shouldnt  be 2 ways to cuck someones antstun

alternatively u can make it so the disarm only work in single target

or reduce the duration

or reduce the effective range

or unlock every class to be able to cast without a weapon
