If am not mistaken there was time ago update about helms. Before needed have red wing lvl 6 and then you can get helm. Now lvl of that wing defines how much cont points need to have to get it. Lvl 6 i think was 145k something and lvl 7 120k something so basically higher lvl it is faster you can have it.
So dont matter anymore.
