starchart for ea

hi everytime i try to get a new starchart it doesnt add any attributes to it and just says it can add 10 random ones. thanks

grab a new-in-box one from the forges in south

ive tried both JFSP and the forges. no matter how many i do, still white name starcharts.

Same thing happend to my veno.
for me it solve when i go to the user panel>character>set reputation then i choose the char with the problem.
note: maybe the first one after doing this could be white but next one already have stats
