R8RR is way, way more than 22k EC, and is way better than the PVP-ready gear as-is.

R8RR are better anyway, and yes it does cost more than 22k ecs (if you watch for Mag classes, you will see you need 32k damas, only from that the price goes over 22k EC with A LOT)

R8RR are the same tier and level as pvp ready gear, you can combine them and you don't lose/win any def levels/atk lvls ETC. they're considered R8RR

Yes, 25k+ ecs difference but they're same. Hell i'd argue that the str one is better

it comes down to the point where why is 4 att ds worth so much more than 3 att ds, perfect gears are going to be way more expensive compared to lesser ones thats how everything works. you also have to think about balance, just bcs its 25k+ doesnt mean it can have op stats 
that is up to personal preference i think otherwise but ^ what i said
