Cant log my character

error message :error retrieving character information for this account ..please help me

Checking the character database, it seems that character is bugged. Burdette will need to fix it for you. I'd suggest posting the issue in the Helpdesk section of the Support Forum, since that's more likely to catch Burdette's eye more easily.

In your Helpdesk post, also include when the last time was that you remember being able to log into the character.

hi,i did send to Helpdesk  and still waiting,i used to leave my character on line , last time was from 5 days ago , i hope Burdette will help me ,i feel lost without being in game .
