DB Dragon Trap

So I was playing around with my DB and is this skill bugged or something?

It says 'Double your next normal attack within the next 6 seconds' or something like that, but I noticed it doesn't proc always. I tried it fully charge or auto charged but still same.

And demon skill supposed to stun target for 4 seconds, but sometimes it lasts less than that. 

Any input?

last time u stated on forum it was 80%, u never stated 50%, when u nerf db, most of the time u never type it on patch notes
