All toons are auto 200k rep, so you have to go get the rank 8 badge. Rank 8 badge you speak to the commander in chief npc. Then speak to Ti Chen to get your r8 armor and weapons.

Can we still get int on r8 new bow ? Because i remember i used to get aps bak then bt when reroll now we cant get aps on it , can we have some sort of grid to show probability and the stats that can be attained

er I been trying on my archer nothing yet even tho it says u can thru the encyclopedia.
I tried asking burdette about that sort of probability table before, but nothing xD sorry

dude aps ea broken with 145 bow if all scripting  also 2.22 aps not engouh to kill ct heal script wizz ep or myst one of unpower class
