Hide and Seek Bugged-no system announcement when found

Hide and seek has the annoying bug again of not announcing when someone finds it, it just announces in normal chat, not system chat. Quick fix would be much appreciated, thanks!

and I thought this was happening day of patch (first spawn), but wasn't 100% sure.
