Weapon Skin token missing from boutique/GG

Where are the weapon tokens now or did they get deleted in error? Can't find in Boutique, Gods Giving, Event Forge or Event NPC.

contemplation forge, any main city, 200 supply tokens and 5 seals of war, or whatever theyre called

Is this permanent or just until the patch do you know?

they are no longer needed.

neither is demonic weapon tokens, yet they are still very much in game

They are still required at the weapon skin npcs
