Como instalo el Juego?

baje el juego lo descomprimi y tengo los dos parches de la pagina, ahora como debo hacer con los parches, tienen extencion cup y no entiendo. Si alguien es tan amable y me explica como debo hacer, se lo agradeceria

I am not sure what is this extension your referring too.
