Halloween Patch

Why do I feel as though that the halloween patch is being delayed on purpose (and will probably be released on October 31st) so we can't complain (As promised, a patch every 2 weeks) about having another patch between halloween and christmas patch?

But  , other games have halloween events and in server still no, but need the donater player and we waiting 1-2month for one patch.
