Creating a new character and name

Hello, 
My name is Lenobia and I am new to the game. I am currently trying to create my first character and the game is telling me that the name “Lenobia” has invalid characters. (The quotes are not in the name)

I have also tried different variations and I keep getting the same error message, “Invalid Characters”:
Lenobian 
Lenobial 
Lenobya 
Lenobiah 


Please let me know what I am doing wrong, thank you.

Yeah I got one stupid response.

Like wtf clearly I can’t make a user name like did you even read my complaint

Certain "words" or groups of characters are banned for various reasons
In this case I assume it's Lenob or Nob
I do not know the reason for it, the developer sets this to prevent certain offensive names or abuses most of the time

In the event that it is a glitch the staff  will ask for the username in order to check various things, yes

Best to continue this in helpdesk since only the developer can change those filters or fix above mentioned glitches
