Burdette Please Fix let Mada fix this Arm Fashion

Mada Said I'd have to ask you to fix this if it was possible. This was made by Echo quite a long time ago and worked (showed up as pretty wings on our back) It has not worked for several patches (can't see it).  Female Custom Fashion NPC Accessories 2nd Tab :Translucent Wings.

It did yes but sadly its not a graphical issue, it is an ID linking issue which is Burdette's part I will be reminding him of it.

Thanks Mada. By the way I believe this arm fashion was also available for male characters when added by Echo.  Burdette, please fix
