Not sure if this has been noted already but - faction base manager in luminence in Morai doesn't let you enter faction base. Is this because it's in Morai and they don't work there? Can it be placed outside by the exit point in elysium village if that's the case? It would be very helpful to have it work in lumi, but not sure if that's possible.
