Acc/weapon swap in game dossent work on my laptop

i got my new laptop few days ago, when i loged i noticed that my weapon/acc swap  don't work at all, i tired to reinstall the game same as all the drivers , but still nothing, maybe anyone knows a way to fix this?

well, i just detected that even flying or the interval between skills is also there. it looks like none of the client scripts work at all.
