What about Dull Ether Jade? AFAIK the only way to farm it is through Uncharted Paradise, but it's been 2 weeks and I never see anyone looking for party to do it. There should be another way to farm it.

i try making party's but no one's want's to do it but you can make jade with dam ore at the same npc where you get ur homestead skill's 6=1

I dont think there is any patch, the server just went offline. Burdette is not even online

Invisible mode is a thing that any user can use.

Within My Profile ->Account Settings, simply untick Show others my online status.
