EPW Update v58

[Burdette]

Hey everyone.
This patch fixes some problems with the last update and adds some improvements. Rank 8 armors now have a higher chance to get good stats and custom items were also updated.

- You can now account stash Capture the Flag Win Token and Heroic Battle Win Token
- Fixed problem with fairy not giving 3 sparks. If anyone still has 2 sparks after using fairy then use Time Book from God's Giving
- Fixed some new armors not matching rank 8 requirement
- Added 3x int 10 Atk Level claw for Barbarians
- Added Novice Title Stone to God's Giving, this will give you half of the PvE titles that you'd get from starter quest
- Removed Stealth detection from Heroic Battle
- Edited some icons, names and descriptions of v57 weapons
- Removed 2 unnecessary stats from rank 8 armors. This increases the chance of good stats by about 30-50%, depending on the stat. For example, 2x channeling wrist is now 1 in 12k instead of 1 in 18k (33% easier).
- Decreased all fixed armor prices by 30%
- Added Primordial Blood to boutique for 50 silver
- Decreased Morai Skillbook pack prices to 50 Gold
- Decreased Morai Skillbook pack prices in Forge of War to 10 Badge of War
- Buffs in Faction Base now only require Aura Stone 3 minimum
- Added custom titles
- Added faction titles
- Added custom weapons
- Updated faction icons

thank you for bringing another patch out so quickly but their was no balancing done this time around i take it ? and is robe engrave still unchanged? just curious, thank you for all your hard work

It's not free gear, it's PvP ready gear. Base helm doesn't make a big enough difference to put it for free, so I'll keep it as a luxury item that gives a little bit of damage
