well tbh i have 2 105 toons on official both r999  both full JoSD's  full +12, (been playing official since closed beta) if u wanted to pk u had to keep up with the race for gears. IMO i spent way to much RL coin there. and quite frankly i got bored with official.

EPW for me is so relaxing and very  pleasant to play, it is my first privater server and im here to stay.


EPW is nothing compared to the trials and tribulations i had on official. Its a fun  to play here.

PWI is definitely not worth playing unless you are willing to spend about 1500$ to be average or 5000$-10000$ to be at above-average gear right away.  You could of-course go there for the PVE experience (gear is mostly PVP related I suppose)  but I'm sure there are private servers out there specialised in a balanced PVE experience that do a way better job.

While EPW isn't entirely immune to the cash-to-win aspect a bit of luck & a lot of farming can get you anywhere. That being said, you don't have to farm for weeks to be able to participate. There is some PVE in the leveling and basic gear but it's not all that much work to get to level 150 and dragon gear (the point where you are able to participate in PVP). Dragon may be slightly on the weak side but it's definitely not useless in pvp.

R8R will take quite a bit of farming to get to good adds but at that point you are pretty much equal to most players in terms of gear.

The amazing adds on r8r either take a lot of cashshopping or massive amounts of work & luck but once you get them you can still be way stronger than the average geared player. However not nearly as much as in PWI.

Overall the server is fairly balanced (there's a few issues to work out I think but no other server is even close to this balanced) and you can play here for both a decent PVE and PVP experience.

I noticed some people brought up attitudes of players here as well so on that aspect. EPW as a community has plenty of friendly & unfriendly people, as any game has. PVP tends to bring out a lot of rage in some people and this shows trough drama & insulting behavior. However there are many friendly factions around and I feel it's only a very loud minority that's really obnoxious. On that note, GM's stop warning them 10 times a day, just permamute those few people that are always causing shit in worldchat.
