It has been mentioned on more than a few occasions that communication is lacking. While the GMs and Support members don't always

have instant answers for crashes, etc - we can do better to keep players in the loop, if details are known, where necessary.

I'll leave this post pinned for the time being and when there is relevant information to arising situations that staff can share, which does

not require new announcement threads, please check here.

We are aware of the lack of communication and we wish to apologize for the lack of transparency when it comes to the things that happen in the background. Unfortunately we do not have a current status for the next patch. We do not have a timeframe on when INF will return. Once we are provided updates, we will share these will all.[/font][/color]

Example, u had *Meika* and u renamed to "Maike*, no one will be able to use Meika ever again, so if someone used the names u want before, and replaced them by using id stones, it's just a "No"

Yes I know about this one and had tons of ticket for it dw.
Maybe it'll be just a little easier for Burdette to clear not used toons for Names rather than each player request names to be deleted.
