EPW Update v54

[Burdette]

Hey everyone.
This is a smaller patch that fixes some bugs with the last update. Also Super Level Scrolls can now be crafted to Damascene Ores, Assassin ultimate duration was decreased and GM hosted events will now give accessory shard fragments.

[Burdette]

- Assassin's ultimate skill Master of Shadows duration is now 10 seconds
- Super Level Scrolls can now be exchanged to Damascene Ore for 1:3 rate at God's Giving
- EXP related items have been removed from the boutique
- Time Book has been added to God's Giving. This can be used to level old characters to 150 instantly
- Added a fix for a bug that caused some players to get both red and blue teams in HB and CTF
- GM Hosted events will now also give 15 random accessory shard fragments
- Added Faction Titles
- Added Custom Titles
- Updates Faction Icons

- Fixed the problem with some flights still being 10.50ms speed

Everyone here does nothing but complain. We're getting consistent frequent patches again, FR was made slightly less ridiculous.

Why are you guys still complaining? 

You need spirit? Go to Phoenix Valley.
