Client won't patch manually

I have downloaded the game from here https://epicpw.com/index.php?page=download via torrent 
and downloaded all the patch files shown in the attached file. 
But it wont load the patch, nothing happens just the message below "unable to proceed update".

Try restarting your computer then run patcher right after, don't open anything else
