Rewards Chest not popping up

So i made a DB today and i've done all of her culti and primal stuff, but the chest you would usually get rewards from leveling etc isn't appearing on my screen. I've relogged twice now and still nothing.. First time i've had this issue.

So it's been a couple days now and i'm still having the same issue. I'd appreciate an answer to why this is happening, thanks.

Since there is no longer "leveling" per se, the leveling rewards (weapons etc) have been removed. In order for it to pop up otherwise (for things like your weekly attendance note, etc) you'll need 200k rep now.
