Maybe damascene ores or supply tokens or etc.

Reason being these elysian seals has limited usage and players (might) have an oversupply of it, not to mention HS skills are a one time thing, and once players are done with getting HS skills, these elysian seals aren't of much use.

Well if sell them in shop 4 billion aka 400 big notes like the advanced skills that is way too much.  How do players get geared up and all the mats if they can't solo hunt in places to get the mats? Some players do not join guild or hunt  only in 2-3 player groups.
