Pick up all not working

when i am standing still and use pick up all (in tt) it picks up about a few items and then stops. After it stops i cannot use regular pick up at all until i relog why is this???

Pick up all roughly picks 12-15 items
Wait 1-2 seconds between each pick up and it should be fine
