i try create new character, and i can log in to game and play.
but my other character (lvl150) all of them, when i press start, always go back to the log in page and 'could not log in to server' notification appears..

Try this please:

Login on the panel and use the resetstuck feature for each of the characters that have that issue
Wait approx 2minutes after that then try to log
