Just assume those changes would affect the way that players teams are set up(comps) and what they can provide with some classes. For example, MG lower damage, veno weaker ult, sb less utility, db less CC
I'm not saying that's what the changes would actually be like, it's just how you should think about it when I say balance changes

before, itd be more fun and there is more than enough time to adapt to it(its not like hes patching it 1 hour before patch and this is perfect world lol theres literally no time to adapt to anything easiest game ever) and if its balanced its more fair.
I dont think anyone wants to see 1 shotting, but actual balanced and good fights and its time for a balance too tbh might be too late after tournament!

also every team requires 10 people and event is 6v6 so theres no excuse that teams have been formed on current balance
