not being able to log in...

I just created a new account.
(I had a old account but somehow I cant login to that??)
so I tried to log in and it said username / password is wrong. try again
I have already tried changing password and that didn't do anything

Was the account created for forums or at http://panel.epicpw.com
Forum accounts are strictly for forums, ingame accounts need to be registered on the panel and need to be confirmed via email
