I think tellus would be best, Cause the terrain is so confusing. The walls and tunnels and whatnot would make a good place for regrouping and ambushing people. It could also stop/slow down ganks a little as its hard to navigate. If you attack one alone person you can be 50% sure that africa will take time to find you both.

Tellus for sure. Its a wide place with a lot of divided halls,paths and interesting structures.
It would be very interesting to have it as a pk spot.

If this happened,  I wish it would be in an instance. So the real city isn't full pk which makes things annoying ._. .
But yup, Tellus would be the best pick.
I got lost there on real PWI and this one..erm..let me count..about 10 times. and then i gave up and used autoroute ._.
It would be cool, a lot of tunnels.

The tunnels, Being able to fly, All the terrain and great scenery.
Just remove all the non basic NPCS A.K.A Remove all but blacksmith/tailor/apoth and GG

I agree. Tellus is the perfect city no one ever goes there btw its just a big pretty abandon city.

Going to tellus is like getting a root canal without Novocaine. Noone goes there because they'd rather pass jagged glass shards than be bothered. PK there would be fun for a while but eventually it would just become like golden eye for the N64, an annoyance.

Tellus is hard to navigate only at the beginnin.
It was hard for me when my Mystic was low
level on PWI when they just added Earthguard.
Say, below level 20, before I went to Arch.

When next quest chain brought me back there
I soon felt like home.

the pk city should be a abandon and not much people sell or afk. tellus is the best fit for pk city.
